These Terms of Service govern your use of Kev Digital's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Kev Digital provides web design, web development, and related digital services to businesses and individuals. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment

The one-time website design fee ($399 or as quoted) is due before or at the time work begins.
Monthly hosting and support fees ($39/month or as quoted) are billed monthly and due on the recurring billing date.
Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Late payments may result in suspension of hosting services.

3. Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own 100% of your website, including all design files, code, and content. Kev Digital retains no ownership rights over work delivered and fully paid for. We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information, content, and branding assets in a timely manner
Reviewing and approving designs within reasonable timeframes
Ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you provide
Maintaining the security of any login credentials we provide

5. Revisions

Standard projects include up to 3 revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at an hourly rate. Major scope changes after work has begun may require a revised quote.

6. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late content delivery, unresponsiveness, or scope changes are not our responsibility. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

7. Hosting & Uptime

We use Netlify for hosting, which provides industry-leading uptime. While we make every effort to ensure your site stays online, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses caused by hosting outages beyond our control.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly hosting subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Your website files will be provided to you upon cancellation. The one-time design fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kev Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
